Who owns my website?

Your site is yours. You can move it if you like, and we will never penalise you for it. We only ask that the first 12 initial monthly payments are paid to cover the cost of the software.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yearly subscriptions may be cancelled within the first 30 days written notice. We will issue a full refund, less the setup and licensing costs for any apps, extensions and domain names we may have purchased on your behalf.

How long will it take to build my website?

This is a question we get asked all the time, and unfortunately, the answer is: it varies. However, it can be done in as little as a week, if you have your content prepared and a good idea of what you want.

Do I need programming knowledge?

Not at all - it's super easy to use! We are happy to set everything up, give you that professional edge or, if you like, you can do it. Either way, we are on hand to help.

How does your payment plans work?

To simplify the billing process for you, we take an initial setup fee and then monthly subscriptions are automatically billed every month.

Do your prices include VAT?

No, all prices quoted on the website are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Before completing your order, you will be presented with the total cost of the services, including VAT. A VAT invoice will be emailed to your billing email address.

What web browser do you support?

With many browsers moving towards a rolling release strategy, pinning down browser support to a specific version has become a little tricky in recent years. Long story short, our websites will work on pretty much any modern browser.
